ABOUT CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS 

  • All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Should you have an issue with your custom and personalized order, kindly contact me. Custom and personalized orders are anything made to order in a certain size, fit, with specific text hand stamped onto the item.
  • Hand stamped items can only be stamped on ONE side

 

WHAT IS A SHIPPING UPGRADE?

A shipping upgrade is an add-on to the standard shipping shown in each listing. The upgrade you choose at checkout will have tracking included and the delivery time is much faster than standard shipping. For example, standard shipping time to USA is 4-10 business days but if you need it to arrive faster you would purchase a shipping upgrade from the drop-down menu at checkout to shorten the delivery time.

There is an additional cost for this. NOTE: Shipping upgrades are *not* the same as rush processing. Please see next question to learn about rush processing.

 

WHAT IS A RUSH ORDER a.k.a RUSH PROCESSING?

A rush order, also known as "rush processing" is when require me to create your order sooner than what my current processing times are.

For example; if my current processing time is 3-5 business days, this is the time it takes me to make and complete your order BEFORE it ships out. Therefore, if you need me to process it sooner, then you would be required to pay my rush order fee and I will process your order in 1-2 business days instead.

Please select this from the drop-down menu at checkout. The rush fee is over and above the shipping cost.

 

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING.

Your item(s) will be sent to you carefully gift wrapped in a sturdy black jewelry box, fastened with ribbon or in a black organza bag, then inserted into a bubble mailer for their safe journey to you. Excellent for storing your Tesoro del Sol jewelry pieces & always ready for gift giving!

 

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?

I am currently not accepting wholesale inquiries.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT PROCESSING/PRODUCTION TIMES?

My current processing times (time it takes to make, complete, and package your order before it ships out) are as follows:

  • READY TO SHIP items are shipped out 1-3 business days after placing your order
  • MADE TO ORDER items are shipped out 5-7 business days after placing your order

 

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BEFORE MY SPECIAL OCCASION?

My current processing time (time it takes me to make before it ships out) is 5-7 business days, and delivery time for standard shipping is roughly 2-14 business days.

However, in the event that you need your order to arrive to you or your gift recipient prior to a special day, occasion or holiday, there are a few things you can have me do to expedite the process so it arrives sooner than the above-mentioned timelines.

You can have me rush your order to 1-2 business day, (instead of 5-7) by selecting the rush order fee and/or shipping upgrade in the drop-down menu at checkout.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

In general, it is best to always keep any jewelry pieces away from water, moisture, chemicals, chlorine, creams, sprays, lotions and solutions etc. Please remove your jewelry while bathing showering, swimming, exercising and your jewelry will last for years to come. 

ADDITIONAL CARE TIPS:

Keep sterling silver, copper, brass jewelry stored separately in individual resealable baggies. I provide a baggie in each order.

  • use a soft jewelry polishing cloth on tarnished pieces to restore their shine

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF CUSTOM MADE AND PERSONALISED ITEMS:

Due to the custom, made to order, or personalized nature of certain items, a $25 CAD restocking fee will be incurred for exchanges or returns of the following items:

  • Rings
  • Bangles/bracelets
  • Hand stamped jewelry


Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns or exchanges. 

No exchanges or returns on clearance items. Final sale.
